Allianz Partners Appoints Two New Board Members

RICHMOND, VA, September 29, 2020 — Allianz Partners, a world leader in assistance, travel insurance, international health and mobility services, today announced two new Board nominations:

Tomas Kunzmann, CEO Assistance

Effective from September 1, 2020, Tomas Kunzmann is appointed CEO Assistance and member of Allianz Partners’ Board of Management. Tomas joined the Allianz Group in 2009, holding various positions at Allianz Private Krankenversicherung (APKV), including the Head of Health Underwriting. In 2013, he joined Allianz’ German sales organization (ABV) as Sales Manager before heading up the Regional Branch Offices in Ingolstadt and then Kempten. In 2017, Tomas joined Allianz SE as Executive Assistant to the CEO and then held the role of Interim Head of the CEO Office.

Damien Ladous, Chief Financial Officer

Effective from August 1, 2020, Damien Ladous is appointed Chief Financial Officer and member of Allianz Partners’ Board of Management. Damien joined Allianz France in 2006 where he started in M&A / Corporate Finance before moving to Controlling in 2011. He then joined Allianz SE in 2012 to work on Controlling and Capital Management activities, before moving in 2015 into the Strategy and Portfolio Management team. Since 2018 he has headed the Planning & Controlling function at Allianz France
