Paris/Bogota, 6th July, 2022 - Allianz Partners, a world leader in insurance and assistance services, today announced that it has entered the market in Colombia, with the opening of a new office in Bogota and the launch of a partnership with Allianz Colombia.
Starting this month, Allianz Partners will be providing its best-in-class roadside assistance (RSA) services and support to customers of Allianz Colombia as its sole RSA provider. Allianz Partners’ new operations in Colombia will focus on serving the whole country which includes the local regions around Bogota, Medellin, Bucaramanga and Cali. A dedicated call center to support customers will be based in Colombia, and more than 100 employees are set to be hired by 2023.
With offices in over 40 countries and commercial activities in over 75, Allianz Partners is expanding its global footprint in Latin America, where it already has operational branches in Mexico and Brazil.
