Bringing over 15 years of multi-industry experience to Allianz Partners, Whitney oversees Human Resources for the US and Canada. She works closely with the Human Resources Centers of Excellence and local and global leaders on department projects and initiatives, focusing on benefits, associate relations, engagement, payroll, and HR compliance.

In her last two roles, Whitney developed her company’s human resources function from the ground up. Her efforts involved establishing an international business presence and ensuring enterprise HR compliance, providing strategic HR consultation to senior leaders, and successfully cultivating a vibrant company culture characterized by inclusivity, innovation, and teamwork. Whitney earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and a master’s degree from East Carolina University.

Whitney enjoys being on the go with her husband and their three boys, spending weekends at the pool, hiking, and at little league games. She’s also an avid runner, completing the 2023 Allianz Partners Richmond Marathon with plans to run again in 2024.
